Hello!

I want to take this time to introduce myself. My name is Ruby Gonzalez, I will be the Counselor at Norton Space & Aeronautics Academy.  I am excited and anxious to be here to support your child's journey at NSAA. 

To give you some background I have had many diverse experiences in San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Moreno Valley areas.  I achieved my Masters of Science, Educational Counseling at CSU, San Bernardino.  I also have gone on to focus more in mental health therapeutics by achieving Professional Clinical Counselor Intern status.

My motto is success to each individual is just as unique as the individual.

As the Counselor here at NSAA I aim to be approachable, positive, and multicultural sensitive. I will strive to promote each child's personal, emotional and social development which will help the child reach their highest potential and their own unique success.

            Just like the students need our support, educators and parents need each other's support.  I look forward to working together to spend time to protect and nurture the growth of our students.

            Any student can request to meet with me or they can be referred by Parent, Teacher, or Administrator.  If you have concerns do not hesitate to fill out a Counseling Request form.  Attached you will find details on how to contact me and required steps to get service for your child.  

            I'm excited to be here and I look forward to getting to know you and your children!

¡Hola!

Quiero aprovechar este momento para presentarme. Mi nombre es Ruby González, voy a ser el Consejero en Norton Espacio y Aeronáutica de la Academia. Estoy muy emocionado y ansioso por estar aquí para apoyar el viaje de su hijo en NSAA.

Para darle algunos antecedentes que he tenido muchas experiencias diversas en San Bernardino, Los Angeles, y Moreno Valley áreas. Logré mi Maestría en Ciencias,  Asesoramiento Educativa en CSU, San Bernardino. También he pasado a centrarse más en la terapéutica de salud mental mediante el logro de estatus Clínico Consejero Profesional Interno.

Mi lema es el éxito de cada individuo es tan único como la individual. A medida que el consejero aquí en NSAA mi objetivo es ser accesible, positivo y multicultural sensible. Me esforzaré por promover el desarrollo personal, emocional y social de cada niño que ayudará al niño a alcanzar su máximo potencial y su propio éxito único.

Al igual que los estudiantes necesitan nuestro apoyo, los educadores y los padres necesitan el apoyo de unos a otros. Espero con interés trabajar juntos para pasar el tiempo para proteger y nutrir el crecimiento de nuestros estudiantes.

Cualquier estudiante puede solicitar reunirse conmigo o pueden ser referidos por los padres, un maestro o administrador. Si tiene alguna inquietud no dude en llenar una forma Solicitud de Consejería. Adjunto encontrará los detalles sobre cómo ponerse en contacto conmigo y los pasos necesarios para obtener servicio para su hijo.
