Ready For School? Below are some medical references to help you prepare:
  • Health Tips for Students - Guidelines for when to come to school and when not to.   
  • Medication Forms - If you want your student to have medication at school, please print the correct form and take it to your doctor:
  • CHDP Provider List - If you need to find a doctor for your Kindergarten/First Grade physicals, this is a sample list of High Desert doctors.
  • Needed Immunizations - New Law (SB 277) Effective 1 January 2016

    This is to notify you that as of 1 January 2016 NO student will be enrolled/admitted to AAE/NSAA without their immunizations being up to date.  Personal belief exemptions will no longer be accepted and a written physician's medical statement for medical exemption for any missing shot(s) must be provided BEFORE the first day of school.
